Refund and return policy

If the customer is not satisfied with the goods, they can apply for a refund within seven days

1: If the customer needs a refund, he needs to contact the seller as soon as possible and explain the reason for the refund.

2: When the customer received the product description is inconsistent with the uploaded product description / product is damaged / product can not be used, etc., you can apply for a return refund

3: Time limit for accepting returns: within 7 days after receiving the goods

4: When the customer applies for a refund and returns the product, the seller receives the product. If there is a problem stated by the buyer, the payment will be refunded within a week

退款退货政策

如果客户收到货物不满意，可在七天里面申请退款

1：如果客户需要退款退货，需要第一时间跟卖家联系并说明要退款退货的理由。

2：当客户收到的产品跟上传产品描述不一致/产品破损/产品不能使用等问题，可申请退货退款

3：接受退货的时间期限：收到货物7天之内

4：当客户申请退款并退回产品，卖方收到产品，如果如实存在买家所说明的问题，一周之内会退回货款
